Shipping Policy
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound and we've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster.
CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Opah Gear uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Shipping times may vary during holidays.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the delivery if the package is damaged; you may refuse the shipment and it will be returned to the freight carrier. If this happens please call Customer Service immediately at (833) 888-8734 or contact us via email at contact@opahgear.com
If the customer makes changes to the delivery address after order confirmation, any charges, fees, and/or expenses related to changing the delivery address will be charged to the customer. It may take additional time for the delivery of product(s) in this case.
If the customer moves and/or changes address, it is their responsibility to inform Customer Service of the change either by phone or email. Opah Gear will not be responsible for shipments made to a previous address if it is not changed prior to order confirmation.
