Opah strives to offer the best customer service on and off the water. If you have found an issue with your product and need to make a return, please refer to the policy below.

To be eligible for a return, a product must not be damaged and must be in its original packaging.

To return a product, it must be NEW.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.

If Opah deems the return necessary due to external causes, no fees will be charged.

For cases of buyer's remorse or improper sizing, Opah will issue a 10% restocking fee.

If you need to return a product, reach out to Opah Support and you will be issued a label to return your product.

If a refund is necessary for your order, it will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

Any violation of the above policy may void your ability to return your product.
