Opah Gear Limited Warranty Policy

At Opah Gear, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a limited 1-year warranty (12 months from the date of purchase) to cover manufacturer defects.

What’s Covered:

• Loose seams or stitching defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

• Warranty service may include repair or replacement of the affected product, at Opah Gear’s discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Excessive or abnormal use

• Unusual wear and tear

• Accidental damage or improper repairs

• Alterations or modifications

• Damage due to lack of maintenance

• Consumable parts or materials

• Use on hard or sharp surfaces (considered improper usage)

Any case of improper usage will void the warranty immediately.

Note: This warranty applies only to genuine Opah Gear products purchased directly or through authorized affiliates. We do not provide warranty, repair, or return service for counterfeit or non-Opah Gear items.
